Testimonials policy
Patient stories are powerful — and easy to misuse. We publish only consent-gated, verifiable testimonials, and label results as individual.
Consent
Every published testimonial is on file with written patient consent describing where the content will appear.
Verification
Testimonials are matched to a real patient encounter. We do not use stock quotes, invented personas, or AI-generated patient statements.
Results labeling
Every testimonial that references an outcome is accompanied by a clear "individual results vary" statement. Testimonials are not a substitute for clinical evidence.
When we have none
If a section has no verified testimonials, we say so honestly rather than filling the space with generic quotes.
