Records review
If you already have imaging (ultrasound, CT, MRI) or a prior operative report, our surgical team can review it and give you a written impression before you commit to a consultation.
What we accept
- Ultrasound, CT, or MRI images (DICOM or shared imaging link)
- Radiology reports
- Prior operative notes (especially for recurrent hernias)
- Photos of the affected area
- Current symptom summary
What you receive
A written impression from a board-certified surgeon indicating whether your case appears straightforward, complex, or in need of additional workup — and whether a formal consultation is warranted.
How to start
Use our consultation form and note "Records review" in the message. A patient coordinator will send a secure upload link within one business day.
Records review is educational and does not create a physician-patient relationship until you are formally evaluated.
